Our Resources

As well as the high professional qualifications and extensive experience of our staff, we also place at your disposal the latest technology in machinery for the Manufacturing and Verification of printed circuits, the most relevant sections of which are as follows:

Technical offices

5 CAD-CAM stations that, together with 2 completely automated Barco Crescent laser photoplotter, guarantee the verification of your documentation and the generation of factory documentation immediately.

Drilling

The drilling and mechanisation of the printed circuits are carried out on CNC machinery, with a drilling diameter of up to 0.25 mm.

Metalization

Atotech Neopact horizontal line direct palladium based metalization, with possibility of micropath metalization.

Photography

We use the most advanced dry film insulation, with automatic centring machines with conductor definition capacity as of 80µ.

Electrolytic Cu/Sn deposit

With completely automated 24-hour operation, this electrolytic thickness line is able to meet the tightest of deadlines.

Laboratory

Equipped with the latest technology, the chemical laboratory ensures an optimum quality level is maintained in all of our processes.

Solder Mask

All the materials used in this section are photo-sensitive (both solder mask and component scoring) in order to improve Quality and Speed.

Finishing

Selective tin-lead (HAL) or Chemical Gold and OPS. Electrolytic Gold edged connectors. Graphite. Peelable varnish.

Quality Control

The verification of all the printed circuit images is performed by way of an Accumatch optical test (AOI) with Barco UCAM station.

Electrical verification, once the circuit has been completed, is performed by a SMD CircuitLine electrical test machine or one of our Pegasus Mania Precise 2K simultaneous SMD machines, the electrical test of which is based on the very design of the printed circuit.
